Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change.
Extra person charges of 25$ .
Rates do not include 5.3% sales and 5% lodgings taxes.
Two night minimum stays on holidays, graduations, VT Games and event weekdays and weekends.
Seasonal, midweek and corporate rates are available.
Cash, personal checks, Amex, MC, Discover and Visa accepted.

Reservations must be secured with a deposit equivalent to one night’s lodging via check or credit card.

As a small Inn cancellations significantly impact our business

A full refund will be made if cancellation notice is received ten days prior to scheduled arrival.
Cancellations for the months of May and October and event weekends must be received 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
A 25$ service charge applies to all cancellations and returned checks.
Multiple room reservations have different policies, Please call.
No shows and early departures will be charged.
Check in is between 4.00 & 7.00 pm. If you anticipate a late arrival we will supply you with instructions for such.
Check out at 11 am.
We can accept children with restrictions, Please inquire.
Sorry, no pets please. We have one Bishon on property.
Smoking is restricted to the porch and grounds.
Smoking in your room will result in a $250 charge.
No candles or open flames please.
We reserve the right to change rooms or cancel reservations when needed.
